As a century-old industrial manufacturer, Ammega faced a set of challenges common to large enterprises undergoing digital transformation:

• Modernizing legacy workflows while maintaining stability and security
• Providing secure, isolated development and deployment environments across Azure subscriptions
• Improving developer velocity without adding dedicated DevOps headcount
• Supporting hybrid infrastructure needs across multiple internal product teams

With multiple development teams working on distinct internal applications, Ammega needed a partner who could provide both platform-level simplicity and the flexibility to accommodate specialized workflows.

Code Capsules implemented a dual-track approach tailored to the needs of Ammega's internal teams:

• PaaS for two product teams: Code Capsules deployed its platform-as-a-service on Ammega's Azure infrastructure, giving two of their internal development teams a streamlined, self-service deployment experience. These teams gained access to automated CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, and centralized monitoring — without needing to manage Kubernetes or cloud infrastructure directly.
• Custom IaC + Azure DevOps for a specialized team: For a third team with more complex requirements, Code Capsules designed and delivered a bespoke Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solution integrated with Azure DevOps. This gave the team full control over their deployment pipelines and infrastructure configuration while still benefiting from Code Capsules' architecture standards and expertise.

Across both tracks, Code Capsules ensured consistency in security posture, environment structure, and operational visibility — enabling Ammega's teams to move faster without compromising governance.
